I help you connect back to your true nature and inner felt sense through variety of practices all underpinned by self enquiry. My offerings include somatic yoga, movement, cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dance, energy healing and shiatsu massage.

As we explore together I will lovingly guide you to your feeling awareness so you can move, breathe and be in the world with freedom, presence, balance, acceptance, resilience and love.
