When I dance I feel embodied, free, joyful, connected, released, all parts of me can be expressed through the rhythm of the music.
Ecstatic dance is a dance practised without the need to follow specific steps, it is an invitation to move freely to your own rhythm, to dance with whatever is moving through you.
Ecstatic dance alters our consciousness bringing us into a moving meditation, deep connection and harmony with ourselves, the universe and those around us.
