Each day follows a soft, simple rhythm, with plenty of space in between.

7:30 - 8:00am Silent sitting

8:00 - 9:30am Somatic yoga and movement

9:30 - 11:30am Breakfast

11:30 - 12:30pm Silent walk in the mountains

13:00 - 14:00pm Lunch

Afternoon - Free time to rest, read or journal

18:00 - 19:00pm Dinner

19:30 - 20:00pm Yoga nidra

Evening - An early, restful night
