Terms & Conditions – Appointments, Offerings, Classes, Treatments & Retreats

Booking & Payment

All sessions, classes, treatments, and one-to-one appointments must be booked in advance. Payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment or place.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment, class, treatment, or one-to-one session.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

Non-Attendance (No-Shows)

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, this will be treated as a late cancellation and the full fee will be payable.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid disruption to other clients. The full session fee remains payable.

Practitioner Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund where applicable.

Packages & Prepaid Sessions

Where sessions are purchased as part of a package, missed or late-cancelled sessions (less than 48 hours’ notice) will be deducted from the package entitlement.

Exceptional Circumstances

Exceptional situations may be considered at the practitioner’s discretion; however, this does not guarantee waiver of fees.

Agreement

By booking a session, class, treatment, or one-to-one appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY RETREATS, RETREAT DAYS, CEREMONIES & COURSES: 

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another retreat / 1-2-1 session within 1 year when within 2 months notice of the start date.

Cancelling 3 months prior to the start date will incur 100% of all fees.

If your place can be filled within the 4 weeks of cancellation we will issue a refund of the 50% fee minus the deposit (which is non-refundable due to administration and further promotion needed to fill your place). 

Once the retreat/ offering has started, if you choose to leave, you will incur full payment of all fees.
