Get to know me...
I am of the earth and in harmony with nature
Hi, I am Lisa.
I am an Embodiment Guide
Yoga has woven its way through my life since childhood. My mum practised for many years, and from my teens onwards I dipped in and out of it myself.
It wasn’t until a time when my life felt chaotic, burning out through work, partying every weekend and feeling increasingly disconnected from myself, that I found my way back to yoga as a regular practice.
What began as a way of coping became a much deeper journey home to myself.
Through yoga, somatic and embodiment practices, reiki, bodywork and shamanic practices, alongside my relationship with cacao, plant medicines and a range of therapeutic and healing modalities, I began to reconnect with my body, my nervous system and the natural world. These practices have taught me how to slow down, listen, feel, trust myself and find a deeper sense of connection and belonging within myself, with others and with the world around me.
My own healing journey naturally led me towards holding space for others. I hold a warm, intuitive and grounded space, creating an environment where people can arrive exactly as they are. There is an invitation to soften, feel, explore and express, to rest and reconnect, while being gently held and supported in whatever arises.
At the heart of my work is a belief that healing is, a remembering, a journey back to our true nature, beneath the layers of conditioning, expectations and stories we have absorbed about who we are, or should be and the deeper patterns, wounds and ways of being that may have been carried through our families and ancestral lineages. It is an invitation to gently meet what we have inherited, what we have learned and what we have lived through and to discover what lies beneath it all.
Through the body, cacao, movement, ceremony and connection with nature, I invite people to listen inwardly, reconnect with their own inner knowing and remember more of who they are.
Growing up in rural Northamptonshire, nature has always felt like home to me. I feel most myself amongst trees, close to the earth and immersed in the natural world. My path continues to teach me to recognise the sacredness within ourselves and all of life, bringing a sense of ceremony into everyday. For me, ceremony isn’t only something we step into on special occasions, it is a way of meeting life with intention, presence and reverence.
I love to dance, wild swim, drum, sing, write poetry, sit in ceremony and do anything that awakens my playful, inner-child spirit.
My work is about coming home to our bodies, to nature and to the truest expression of who we are. It is about remembering that nature isn’t something separate from us. We are part of it and it is part of us.
All of what I offer draws upon the ancient wisdom of Yoga, embodiment and shamanic practices for the modern day, connecting you back to your true nature through self enquiry.
These practices are not about what you know or what you can do, they are about what you can feel. Your inner felt sense is the guide for everything in life.
As we explore together we will work towards finding balance and acceptance in your inner world so your life can be lived with presence, love, connection, resilience, peace and joy.
Fusing all of my teachings in somatic, tantra, functional yoga, Japanese and Chinese energy and massage work I will lovingly guide you to your feeling awareness.
Helping you get back in touch with your true nature and realise everything you need to be centred, healthy and at peace is within you.
