Usui Reiki Level 1 Training

Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to the practice of energy healing. It focuses on learning how to channel universal life force energy for self-healing and to support others.

Life opens up in so many different ways when your energy has been awakened.

Energy chi or qi is present in everything, guiding everything.

During the training, you will receive attunements to open the energy channels, allowing Reiki to flow. You’ll learn the history and principles of Reiki, basic hand positions for treating yourself and others, and how to begin developing awareness and sensitivity to energy.

This level is primarily centred on self-healing, grounding, and building a connection to the body, mind emotions and energy system. It lays the foundation for personal growth, relaxation, and emotional balance, while also giving you the tools to offer simple treatments to friends and family.
