Quiet Grace: A Silent Retreat
Snowdonia (Eryri), North Wales
5th - 7th February 2027 · 2 nights, 3 days
"There is a voice that doesn't use words. Listen." — Rumi
-
Quiet Grace is a silent retreat nestled in the wild beauty of Snowdonia (Eryri), where the mountains, mist and open skies gently invite you to slow down.
Away from the constant noise of modern life and the pull of technology, this is a space to rest, to breathe and to be nourished.
Each day unfolds with spaciousness. There is time for stillness, gentle movement, reflection and nature, all held within a calm and supportive environment.
-
We rarely notice how much we carry until we stop. The notifications, the conversations, the doing, the endless tasks and decisions.
In silence, the absence of distraction allows your mind to settle and your body to unwind. A deeper sense of presence begins to be felt within you.
You return not just rested, but reconnected to yourself, grounded and present, carrying a quiet grace back into your everyday life.
-
Quiet Grace may be for you if:
You feel tired in a way that sleep alone doesn't fix
You long for time away from screens, noise and other people's needs
You're curious about silence but a little unsure about trying it alone
You are drawn to gentle somatic movement and yoga rather than a demanding yoga practice
You find peace in wild landscapes, open skies and fresh mountain air
No experience of silent retreats, meditation or yoga is needed. Every practice is gentle and optional, and you're welcome to rest whenever your body asks for it

Hi, I am Lisa.
I am an Embodiment Guide
Yoga has been in my life since childhood, my mum praticised for years and I dipped in and out of it from my teens.
I was called to yoga as a regular practise when my life was in chaos, I was burning out from my job and partying every weekend.
Yoga, embodiment and shamanic practices have helped me heal my nervous system and learn to feel again, at a time when I was so disconnected from my body and my senses. I am eternally grateful for gifts they continue to give me and to now share these with others.
As I began to walk a path of healing myself, I trained in reiki and massage for self healing and later to give to others.
Growing up in rural Northamptonshire, I feel most at home when I am out in nature connected to the earth and the trees. I love to dance, wild swim, drum, sing and most recently write poetry. I am also love anything that ignites my inner child.
